- A flat rate of $15 applies to all NZ orders.

General Information
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Please allow some time for the status of your parcel to update.
- You can track your order using Australia Post's Track My Order
- If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for stolen packages or parcels delayed by the courier.

Australia Post Safe Drop Delivery
If you’re not home to receive your parcel, you can request a Safe Drop, where Australia Post will leave your parcel in a secure location at your address.
You can request Safe Drop through your MyPost account or the AusPost app. If you haven’t set it up, they'll email you before delivery to ask if it’s suitable. If you opt for safe drop and your parcel is stolen/left in the wrong location, unfortunately Louenhide cannot assist with replacing your order.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holiday periods, weekends, or due to severe weather conditions.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
